Air Fryer Sabudana Vada


Crispy sabudana vada made in an air fryer  for a healthier alternative than deep frying! Perfect for fasting days  and festivals from Mahashivratri, Navratri, Ekadashi and more.

Prep: Soak sabudana (sago pearls) with atleast 1 inch of water above the pearls

Step one

Add sago pearls, potatoes, crushed peanuts, spices, cilantro, and ginger to a bowl


step two

Add all spices, potatoes, and a little water.  Cover and cook.


Make patties, brush with a little oil and air fry.
