Indian okra recipe
Bhinda Nu Shaak
– mustard seeds
– asafoetida (hing)
–cumin and coriander powder
– red chilli powder
Add oil to pan. Once heated add mustard seeds and let pop /cook briefly
Add cut okra. Cook on low-medium stirring frequently.
Add spices and mix. Add salt last minute of cooking. Serve and optionally top with chopped cilantro.
