A yummy dish inspired by chili paneer. This takes those flavors for a one pot meal, paneer fried rice.While chili paneer is usually deep fried, it is shallow fried here. It gets a slightly crisp outside with a melt in your mouth inside!
Heat oil in pan. Add paneer and spices. Briefly cook til paneer begins to crisp. Set paneer aside.
