Indian Chickpea + Spinach Curry


Easy chana saag that’s sure to become part  of your weeknight rotation!  If you use canned chickpeas you can get  this dish together in 20 minutes.


Blanch spinach and make a spinach puree

Saute tomatoes, ginger, garlic, onion, and spices in a little oil.

Add chickpeas then spinach puree.
