Chili Paneer Fried Rice

A yummy dish inspired by chili paneer. This takes those flavors for a one pot meal, paneer fried rice. While chili paneer is usually deep fried, it is shallow fried here. It  gets a slightly crisp outside with a melt in your mouth inside!

Step one

Heat oil in pan. Add paneer and spices. Briefly cook til paneer begins to crisp. Set paneer aside.

Heat oil in pan.  Add garlic, ginger, onions and minced green chilli.

Add bell peppers then sauce mixture.

Add rice and cook until you get charred bits.

Mix in paneer and serve!
