Air Fried Kurkuri Bhindi


Kurkuri bhindi or Indian okra fries are a  crispy, tangy, gluten-free snack.  In this easy recipe, fresh okra is sliced  thin, tossed in a few Indian spices and flours, and air-fried, baked, or  deep-fried.


Thinly slice okra

Mix with red chili powder, turmeric, salt, lemon juice, chickpea flour, and rice flour.

Air fry, bake, or optionally deep fry.
