Jowar Roti (Sorghum Flour)

Make soft, thin jowar roti or sorghum roti with this easy to follow recipe with tips! Just 4 ingredients are needed!


Jowar roti, jolada roti, or jowar bhakri is made with sorghum flour.    Sorghum flour is made by grinding whole grain sorghum into a fine powder,  It is a type of millet and a healthy alternative to wheat flour.

You'll make a quick dough and let it rest a few minutes.

Use a rolling pin to roll out each roti. 

And cook them stovetop, moving quickly.
