Mango Burfi Recipe
Delicious, melt in your mouth mango burfi is easy to make and only takes 15 minutes of active time.
Put a non-stick pan on the stove. Add ghee, then sugar, and mango pulp.
Next, add in milk powder. Mix to combine.
It will turn into a thick mixture.
Cool to set in a pan. Optionally garnish with chopped pistachios.
