Coconut Basmati Rice

RInse basmati rice grains very well to wash out starch. This will help create fluffy grains.

Saute green chilies and ginger in a little coconut oil.  Optional - skip if you want!


Add rice, coconut milk, and water to pan.

Once it comes to a simmer, place cover on pot and let it cook a few minutes until cooked.
