Veg Hakka Noodles
Mouth watering veg hakka noodles packed with veggies and big flavors all made in one pot in 25 minutes!
To prep: chop bell peppers, carrots, cabbage, spring onions, and garlic.
Boil hakka noodles
Heat oil in a work. Add garlic, ginger, and spring onions. After cooking briefly add chopped veggies.
Add noodles and sauces. Toss.
