Quinoa upma is a nutritious, delicious one pot meal. Filled with veggies and good for your spices. Traditionally made with semolina (rava).

Ingredients

Step one

Add oil to pan, once heated mustard seeds and urad dal.  Then onions, ginger and garlic and curry leaves. Then veggies.
