Veg Pad See Ew


Sen yai noodles substitue pad thai noodles or other rice noodles Gai lan (substitute with bok choy, broccolini, spinach other greens you have) Garlic Tofu Sauce Dark soy sauce Light soy sauce Vinegar use rice vinegar, if available Vegetarian oyster sauce Brown sugar White pepper


Step one

Cook crumbled tofu until browned in spots.  Set aside.


step two

Cook gai and garlic.  Then add sen yai noodles and sauce. Noodles will caramelize a bit.


Add tofu and greens back in.   Ready in under 30 minutes!
