  • ½ cup clove powder
  • ½ cup black pepper powder
  • 1 1/2 cup ginger powder
  • 2 cup cinnamon powder
  • ½ cup cardamom powder


Step 1

  • Mix powders and store in airtight container. Masala should stay fresh 3-4 months.

Step 2

  • Use 1/4 to 1/2 tsp of chai masala per cup of tea (dependent on your preference). Boil with water, milk and sugar.
