Heat oil in pan. Add paneer and let cook 3 minutes on medium. Add in jalapenos and cook additional 2-3 minutes until paneer is browned. Stir in between so all sides get crispy edges.
Put heat on low. Add 1/2 of spices (1/4 tsp red chili powder, 1 tsp onion powder, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp oregano, 1/4 tps cumin powder) and mix to combine. Remove and set aside paneer.
Repeat same process with veggies. No additional oil needed in same pan. Add onions, cook 3 min. Add peppers, cook 2 min. Add in spices and mix.
Mix together lime spice crema ingredients in a small bowl.
Mix veggies with paneer or keep separate if you prefer. Then use mix to build tacos!
You can substitute yogurt for sour cream for the crema.I prefer full fat yogurt for cream.Lime adds a flavorful zing, so if you skip the crema you can serve with limes on the side to add a little squeeze of juice.If you do not have garlic infused oil, just substitute olive oil and 2-3 cloves minced garlic
