Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup pineapple diced
  • 1/2 cup mango diced
  • 1 tsp jalapeno minced
  • 1/4 cup red onion diced
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3-4 leaves mint julienned
  • 2-3 tbsp cilantro chopped

Instructions
 

  • Dice ingredients
  • Mix in spices and taste for heat/salt preference

Notes

Don't forget to deseed the jalapeno!
Best served fresh but can be frozen
