Perfect summery floral drink! Rose lemonade has the tang of lemons and lovely light floral notes from the rose petals. Rose petals are used to make a quick simple syrup for this summer treat.
Add water, sugar to small pot/sauce pan and bring to boil. Once boiling, add in rose petals and let simmer on low-medium.
After simmering for about 10 minutes, you'll see the petals losing color and the water will absorb the floral notes.
Strain the petals from the syrup. Let syrup cool.
