Cilantro Chutney 

Cilantro Ginger Green chillies Lemon juice Salt, sugar Peanuts or dessicated coconut (to thicken, can skip if prefer without)

Ingredients

Step one

Add cilantro, green chillies, and ginger to blender jar.

Add salt, sugar and lemon juice.

Add peanuts or coconut as thickening agent. Then ice cubes or chilled water.  Blend.
