Bombay Ice Halwa

Bombay Ice Halwa is an easy, unique Indian sweet.  It has a delicious, light cardamom  and saffron flavor. It does take time to dry though!

Step one

Mix flour, milk, ghee, saffron and sugar until it thickens on stove


step two

Toll out thin between two pieces of parchment paper


Add cardamom, nuts and rose petals. Cut out pieces with the paper.

step three


Let dry at least a day (varies depending on where you live/climate)
