Kaju Katli Recipe

This recipe for homemade, kaju  katli (kaju barfi) is delicious.  It is smooth, creamy and halwai jaisa  texture and made with only 5 ingredients.

Step one

Grind and sieve cashews. Mix cashew flour and milk powder together in a bowl

Add water, sugar and ghee to non-stick pan.  Turn stove on medium and whisk until sugar dissolves. Let simmer on medium heat

Add flour mixture and cook until it thickens

Spread, roll out and cut. Optionally top with silver or gold foil (vaark).
