Khajur Burfi or Date Nut Rolls
Dry fruit barfi or khajoor barfi or date roll burfi is so easy and a healthy sweet treat with no added sugar.
It is made of nuts, dates, cardamom and coconut. Optionally add rosewater for a a delicious flavor.
Add ghee to pan, dates, nuts and cardamom powder. Cook down to thick paste.
Once cool enough to handle, form logs out of mixture.
Roll in coconut powder
Cut to make 1/2 inch pieces
