Aloo Chana Chaat


Aloo chana chaat hits all the right notes:  tangy, savory, sweet, with a bit of spice!  This popular potato and  chickpea based chaat is ready in a few minutes.

To prep: boil potatoes, chop red onions and cilantro. You'll need cilantro and tamarind chutney as well.

Step one

Place boiled cubed potatoes, canned chickpeas, and onions in a bowl.  Add yogurt, chutneys, and spices.

Mix all ingredients well in a bowl.


Then add a drizzle of chutneys, yogurt, chaat masala, sev, pomegrate and cilantro on top.
