Ingredients

  • 1 cup yogurt whole milk
  • ½ cup milk or water dependent on your preference, I used whole milk
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • ½ cup ice cubes
  • tsp cardamom (optional)
  • 2 tbsp half and half (optional) for added creaminess

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to blender with ice and blend.
