Biscoff chai is delicious and creamy with a touch of spice. The perfect drink to cozy up to which a spicy flavor from chai spice and lush cookie butter.

- 1½ cup water
- 1½ cup milk 2%, whole milk or plant based milk of choice
- ¼ tsp cardamom powder
- ¼ tsp cinnamon powder
- ⅙ tsp clove powder
- 2-3 tbsp cookie butter biscoff or speculoos
- 3 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp loose chai leaves I use Wagh Bakri brand, can substitute 2-3 black tea bags
Place water, sugar, spices, and loose tea leaves or tea bags in a pot on medium-high heat on the stove.
Let it come to a simmer and rolling boil for about 3-4 minutes.
Add milk and cocoa powder to the hot water. Let it come to a boil. Turn to medium heat.
Let simmer for 5-6 minutes. Turn off the stove.
Strain tea with a tea strainer.
Whisk in cookie butter and serve.
