DIY Pumpkin Pie Spice

Pumpkin pie spice is an easy-to-make spice blend that can be made in five minutes with pantry ingredients. Use it to add fall flavors to your favorite pumpkin recipes!

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp cinnamon
  • tsp ginger powder
  • tsp nutmeg
  • ¾ tsp clove powder
  • ½ tsp all spice

Instructions

  • Measure Ingredients: Gather all the spice powders you have – cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, clove, and allspice.
  • Mix Spices: In a small bowl, combine the measured amounts of each spice. Stir or whisk the spices together thoroughly to ensure they are evenly distributed.
  • Store the Blend: Once you've mixed the spices, transfer the pumpkin spice blend to an airtight container. Store it in a cool, dark place to preserve the flavors.
