Ingredients

  • 3 bhakri
  • ½ cup crushed tomatoes canned
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp sugar
  • ¼ tsp red chili flakes
  • 4 tbsp shredded cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic finely chopped
  • ¼ cup onions
  • bell peppers, basil, corn, jalapeno pick toppings according to your preference

Instructions

Quick Pizza Sauce

  • To make the sauce, heat oil in a pan and add onions. Mix and cook 2-3 minutes. Then, add in the chopped garlic.

  • Follow that up by adding in the crushed tomatoes and spices. Mix and simmer 3 minutes. Turn off stove.

Bhakri Pizza

  • To make the bhakri pizza, put the top side down on a pan on medium heat. Let warm up 1-2 minutes.

  • Flip and top with tomato sauce then cheese.

  • Add toppings and sprinkle a little chaat masala on top.

  • Cover, reduce heat to low-medium and give it 3 minutes to let the cheese melt.
