pick toppings according to your preference
Instructions
Quick Pizza Sauce
To make the sauce, heat oil in a pan and add onions. Mix and cook 2-3 minutes. Then, add in the chopped garlic.
Follow that up by adding in the crushed tomatoes and spices. Mix and simmer 3 minutes. Turn off stove.
Bhakri Pizza
To make the bhakri pizza, put the top side down on a pan on medium heat. Let warm up 1-2 minutes.
Flip and top with tomato sauce then cheese.
Add toppings and sprinkle a little chaat masala on top.
Cover, reduce heat to low-medium and give it 3 minutes to let the cheese melt.
Bhakri pizza is ready!

Use a vegan cheese and this recipe is vegan.
