Equipment

  • 1 cutting board
  • 1 knife
  • 1 peeler
  • 1 Mixing bowl

Ingredients

  • cup yogurt plain
  • 1 small red onion 90g, chopped very finely
  • 1 carrot 70g, peeled and grated
  • 1 roma tomato 130g, or any small tomato, chopped finely
  • 1 green chili chopped finely
  • 5-6 sprigs cilantro coriander
  • ¾ tsp roasted cumin powder
  • ¾ tsp black salt
  • ¼ tsp salt

Instructions

  • Chop red onion, tomato, and green chili very finely. Chop the coriander leaves. Grate the carrot.

  • Add yogurt and spices to a bowl. Whisk to mix well.
