- 25-30 leaves mint
- 1½ tbsp sugar
- 1 cup coffee freshly brewed or cold brew
- 4-5 ice cubes
- 2-3 tbsp half and half creamer or milk of choice
Brew coffee using your preferred method - either a French press or a drip coffee maker for fresh coffee. Or make your fave cold brew.
In a jar or shaker, muddle the fresh mint leaves with sugar using a muddler. You’ll see the sugar melt and the leaves will slightly tear apart.
Add coffee, ice cubes, and half and half to the shaker. Close and shake for a good 30-40 seconds to cool down the coffee.
