Philz Coffee Mint Mojito Recipe

This is the easiest copycat recipe for Philz Coffee Mint Mojito drink! This iced mint coffee uses only 4 ingredients to make a perfectly balanced minty sweet coffee.

Equipment

  • 1 muddler
  • 1 shaker or jar with a lid

Ingredients

  • 25-30 leaves mint
  • tbsp sugar
  • 1 cup coffee freshly brewed or cold brew
  • 4-5 ice cubes
  • 2-3 tbsp half and half creamer or milk of choice

Instructions

  • Brew coffee using your preferred method - either a French press or a drip coffee maker for fresh coffee.  Or make your fave cold brew.
  • In a jar or shaker, muddle the fresh mint leaves with sugar using a muddler. You’ll see the sugar melt and the leaves will slightly tear apart. 
  • Add coffee, ice cubes, and half and  half to the shaker.  Close and shake for a good 30-40 seconds to cool down the coffee.
  • Garnish with fresh mint leaves and enjoy your delicious Philz Mint Mojito Coffee!
