Pomegranate Lychee Drink

Tart pomegranate juice balances out with some lychee juice. Topped with vodka and lychee eyeballs for some added Halloween fun!

Ingredients

For drink:

  • 1/3 cup

    Lychee juice (from can)

  • 2/3 cup Pomegranate juice
  • 3 tbsp Vodka (optional)
  • Splash of seltzer (optional)
  • Ice

For lychee eyeball:

  • 1 Lychee
  • 1 Raspberry
  • 1 Caper

Instructions

Step 1

  • Combine juices and vodka

Step 2

  • Pour over ice and top with seltzer

Step 3

  • Insert caper into raspberry then insert raspberry into lychee for eyeball (optional)
