Sugared Cranberries Recipe
Add a pretty touch to your holiday drinks, dishes and even cheese boards. Sugared cranberries add a sweet and tart burst of flavor.

Ingredients

fresh cranberries

sugar
1/2 and 1/2 kept separate

cup
orange juice
Instructions
On medium boil orange juice and sugar until sugar dissolves. Stir until it does. Let cool.
Add in cranberries to coat.
With a slotted spoon, drain cranberries from sugar syrup.
Roll in sugar to coat.
Set aside to dry, at least 1 hour.
Notes
Note: add rosemary, thyme or even cinnamon to the sugar syrup for more flavor!
