Mango Cheesecake Popsicles
Creamy Mango Popsicle Recipe!
An easy summer fave is definitely this creamy mango yogurt popsicle recipe. They are simple to make and use only 6 ingredients. This recipe made 10 mango popsicles for me, but it will vary depending on the size of the molds you use. I’ve linked the mold I’ve used below. The perfect treat for hot summer nights 🙂
This popsicle along with Rose Milk Popsicles are two of my favorite summer treats!
Mango Popsicle Ingredients
- Greek yogurt
- Cream Cheese
- Milk
- Mangos
- Sugar
- Graham crackers or Parle-G cookies or cookie of choice for the “crust”
Type of Mango to Use
I love ataulfo mangos which are a variety of Champagne mangos. They are used as the main fruit but any type of fruit can be substituted. Ataulfo mangos are named after the Mexican grower, Ataulfo Morales Gordillo. They are in season from March through September, however, I find their flavor to be best during June-July.
Another common variety of mangoes found in the States is Tommy Atkins. I find the texture to be too fibrous and the taste not as delicious. Ataulfo mangos have a smooth buttery texture and sweet honey taste when they are ripe.

How do I know when mangos are ripe?
- Touch – ripe mangos give a little when you lightly squeeze
- Smell – when a mango is ripe you can smell its sweetness
Making homemade mango popsicles
This is the easiest recipe! First blend yogurt, cream cheese, mango, milk and sugar . Next, blend or crumble graham crackers or Parle-g cookies. Then pour the blended mixture into popsicle molds. Spoon cracker crumble on the top and gently push into mold. Insert popsicle sticks, cover and freeze. Mango popsicles should be ready in about 5 hours!
