S’mores frappuccinos:

  • Taste like milky, creamy s’mores in a glass!
  • Easy to make at home with pantry ingredients (things you likely have at home)
  • Can make them with or without coffee
  • Include melted and slightly toast the marshmallow mixture which gives it a greater depth of flavor.

I’ve listed some alternative ingredient and method ideas below. You can even add some cocoa powder to make it a Chocolate Frappucino!

My version uses animal gelatin free marshmallows so it is vegetarian and vegan friendly.  Just substitute the type of milk you prefer and vegan alternative whipped topping to make it vegan.

Does s’mores frappuccino have coffee?

The Starbucks version of s’mores frappes have coffee but you can order without.  You can also make them at home without coffee.

How to make s’mores frappuccino at home?

It’s pretty simple!

  • Blend coffee with ice
  • Melt down marshmallows or use marshmallow fluff if you have it on hand
  • Crumble some graham crackers
  • Add in some chocolate sauce or cocoa powder and mix it all in a cup!

See some pics below:

Ingredients for S’mores Frappucino

  • Ice
  • Milk
  • Dandies Marshmallows
  • Coffee (espresso or instant coffee)
  • Chocolate sauce (or cocoa powder)
  • Graham crackers
  • Whipped topping

Alternative methods and substitutions

  • 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder instead of chocolate sauce
  • If using cocoa powder add a little sugar to coffee
  • Add graham cracker crumb layer on top of chocolate sauce for more of a s’mores taste to frappe
  • Use animal gelatin free rice marshmallow fluff instead of melted marshmallows

How to make a s’mores frappuccino without coffee?

To make a s’mores frappe without coffee just leave out the espresso shot or instant coffee powder.  It tastes like a delicious milky treat even without coffee.  A treat that is definitely kid friendly.
